Why "Sunrise Sea Glass"?

It is oftentimes early in the morning before sunrise, that sea glass hunters go out, catching the low to minus tides during abalone hunting season and occasionally before. Springtime offers up some unusual and beautiful finds, from the rare lavenders to the common whites. While oranges are the rarest, some of the most beautiful and unusual colors can be found in bonfire, fused, end-of-day glass as well as art glass.

This site features the book, "Glass Beach ~ A Sea Glass Lover's Paradise," by the artist, photography of sea glass,
and tiles created by the artist
